Leave:

At Desmond Tutu Health Foundation (DTHF), we prioritise the well-being of our employees, as reflected in our employee benefits package.

Our leave entitlements start at 20 days per annum in the first year, increasing to 26 days thereafter. In addition, we provide 5 days for compassionate/family responsibilities.

Lyra Wellbeing:

Our Lyra Wellbeing program prioritises the holistic health of our employees and their immediate family with our comprehensive employee assistance program, offering 24/7 support, 365 days a year includes, but is not limited to:

  • Counselling services
  • Legal services
  • Financial services
  • Medical advisory

Provident Fund:

Provident fund contribution 10% of monthly salary, split as 5% employee contribution and 5% company contribution. In addition, company contribution towards life cover, disability cover and funeral cover.
